The turning department contains two DMG CNC lathes, equipped with Heidenhain control. The ability to adapt to customer requirements is of paramount importance to Erode-All. Therefore both lathes are fully equipped with an extensive range of tooling to undertake all types of work from one-off's to small batch work. Typical components include model shop wheels, torsion tubes and quick releases, which can be manufactured from materials ranging from titanium and maraging steels to metal matrix.
